Totally Inaccurate and Frustrating
I downloaded this program months ago and have tried unsuccessfully to uninstall it because it is totally inaccurate!!!

Is thee a Userīs Guide?

It is of no use to me as it stands!

For example; Australian times are showing as 22hrs and 23 hrs when they should be 11.00am EST or 12.00 noon DST in the Eastern States of Australia

Queensland does not have Daylight Savings Time but the times are shown the same as Sydney and Melbourne who do have DST?

Sorry Scott that I have not replied to your post in November. 2007

World Time clock pops up every morning and I just delete it every day, I suppose because I am too lazy to do anything about it, assuming that I am able to do anything about it?

e.g. Sydney and Melbourne are shown as 14.12 and Brisbane is shown as 13.12 whereas Sydney and Melbourne should be shown as 15.12 and Brisbane as 14.12

Is there some way of rectifying this?

Yes there is a user guide - itīs included with the install.

To uninstall just delete the folder - WT doesnīt clutter your windows system by putting anything in the registry - so you can just delete the folder - or use the uninstall batch file.

There is a lot of forum information about the changes to DST rules and some updated files - itīs a known issue and will be fixed eventually.
