1/ Use DST manager to create the rule
 by example in Egypt (which is not configure in WT):
 Last Thursday of April (+1 hours)
 Last Friday of September (0 hour)
 use a new ID (the max + 1)
 Click on Update to Save.
2/ Use Location Manager
 load Cairo
 select the DST rule created in (1)
 Click on Update to Save.
3/ Now add the clock in World Time
 it works better

you can redo thoses steps for any city where you see DST issues.
