Install Instructions
- Download and install the Versaverter archive
- UnZip the archive to wherever you would like to keep the application and
its data.
Notes:
- To upgrade, extract the archive into the same directory as your current copy of versaverter
- To extract: download and install WinZip, if you don't already have it,
from www.winzip.com
- Run the versaverter.exe application
Why No Installer?
I have fought with installshield and various other installers for many years
and have decided that the bloated filesize of the installers - translating
to additional net bandwidth and slower downloads, coupled with
incompatibility under various operating systems, and new corporate security
filters that block installers all make installers more of a hindrance than a
help.
I therefore provide Versaverter as a archive to be installed manually.
System Requirements
Versaverter is a small application, it should run under most 32Bit Windows
platforms without issue. Versaverter has been tested under the following
operating systems: Windows 95, 98, ME, NT 4, 2000, and XP
Versaverter requires approximately 1.5Mb of HD space (including unit data)
