Missing Locations
Hello,
I have the requirement to track GMT -1 timezone.  Looking on the map provided with the software, the only locations in the world that seem to use this timezone are the Azores islands which were once a Portuguese territory but are now independent.  I cannot find them in the locations search using the most current location list.

Looking on their tourism website, it seems the islands include SANTA MARIA, SÃO MIGUEL, TERCEIRA, GRACIOSA, SÃO JORGE, PICO, FAIAL, FLORES and CORVO.

Please add these locations to the Locations list.

In the interim, is there a way to add a location to the software myself with a -1 time zone or is there a location on the existing list with a -1 time zone?

Missing Locations
Hi WR

Remember this is not a commercial product.  You cannot demand that locations are added like that. The programmer has other things to do.

It is easy to add your own locations.  (Or edit existing ones which are wrong).  That is one of the strong points of the program.

You go to the directory where the files are installed (normally c:program filespawprint.netWorldTime) and run WTLocMan.exe.  This lets you specify a new location and give its position and specify a time zone.

If the location uses DST you can see if any opf the existing rule sets are appropriate (generally there is one) or you can use dstman.exe to set upo a new one.
