Outdated location name, time zone in data and wrong boundary on map
Ukraine is now part of the EET (Eastern European Time) zone - see:

http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/city.html?n=367

Also Kiev is no longer spelled that way - it should be Kyiv

See also:

http://www.worldtimeserver.com/time.aspx?locationid=UA

and for a look at the proper mapping of this time zone see:

http://www.worldtimezone.com/time-europe24.html

I tried to create a new location to cover it, and got a Kyiv entry completed - but, the time was alway off (as 3 versus the correct 2) - the only way I could accomplish a correct display was to edit the wtclocks.wtd file (with VIM, to avoid destroying the format of the file.)

Donīt know if it can be done in Version 6 or not, but there needs to be a better way to move a city to another time zone, or edit the .wtd data in some fashion to correct inaccurate clocks caused by incorrect location data or timezone changes.
