I have the same problem. I got rid of the Tokyo clock from data/wtclocks.wtd.  WorldClock 6.0.0.941 starts in the Status Bar.  I can right click on the icon in the Status Bar and invoke the functions listed in that menu.  If I left-click on that icon, the frame for WorldTime appears, but the clocks are not filled in.  The Task Manager shows that worldtime.exe is not responding.

Funny you should mention that. I had exactly the same problem, same environment. I spent about an hour tracking this down, and found that there was a corrupted record in the clocks.wtd file. I deleted the corrupted record (with vi, although Notepad would work also) and the problem went away.

I then did some additional testing, and found that adding or editing the "Toyko" clock (either of them) caused the corruption to the data file.

So I have gone back to release 5.5 for now.
