World Time - the ultimate virtual time-piece

WorldTime was originally created because Scott Baker, our founder, needed a world clock for business travels. All of the existing clocks were either too pricey for their limited features or insufficient for his needs. (he also wanted an excuse to hone his programming skills)

The very first WorldTime was written on a Canadian Airlines (we miss you Canadian!) flight from Dallas to Vancouver and had no features other then 8 world clocks with hard-coded time zones and descriptions. Needless to say it has changed a bit.

"I hope you enjoy using WorldTime as much as I enjoy writing it. It has been a great experience and I plan to continue development and incorporate more user suggestions. Your comments, either positive or negative, are appreciated and invite you to join the forums and keep up to date with future revisions."

Scott Baker
