USA Daylight savings time 2013 fix if required
This is a very useful product except for the two times per year it provides misleading, dangerous and costly incorrect information.

I've been copying my settings files and customisation across from computer to computer for years so that may be why my DST is not using correct rules.

Thanks to these prior posts for pointing me in the right direction -

This post provides a link to the current DST rules -

Current Rules -
http://www.nist.gov/pml/div688/dst.cfm

DST management directions -
http://www.pawprint.net/forum/discussion/963/Daylight-Savings-Time-2011/

Right Click Worldtime Icon in Taskbar --> Tools --> DST Manager
Click WorldTime Rules Tab
Select North America
Change rules to -
•  begins at 2:00 a.m. on the second Sunday of March and
•  ends at 2:00 a.m. on the first Sunday of November

Click the save button.

Then click on each erroneous USA clock (or right click 'This Clock' --> 'Configure') and select the correct modified North America rule in the drop down box.

Be sure to click the 'Set Clock' button below.

Additionally suggest you check the time in Google against each clock which is easy just type 'time ny' for example.

I clicked Preference and Setting, but I got "No Response" message. Is there any way to get around this problem?

I edited USA Daylight savings time in Daylight Savings Time manager. But I could not save it. I got "No response" message from  the manager. Is there any solution for this problem?
